I had some ongoing issues with my furnace and on a morning I was heading out of state to Colorado, the Thermostat registered in the low 40s. I left a message and later that day I was able to speak to Jody who personally assessed and recommended the fix. A new Thermostat, new restart box and a professional look around my old furnace. All this was done while I was a long distance away. I would highly recommend them for their knowledge, expertise and professionalism.

Reviews
Very knowledgeable and professional. Great service. They go above and beyond for their customers!!!!
If I could give them 10 stars, I would! The whole staff at Hines gives exceptional service! They took care of a heating emergency in 2021 during a blizzard and a medical emergency. More recently, replaced an aging fuel tank, fixed a sink, replaced a toilet and kept my elderly Uncle’s home safe and warm for several years with routine service calls. Always courteous and professional when they arrive and the office staff are super friendly on the phone. They have kept the customer in mind with their customer service! Something that isn’t very common these days. Well done and so grateful we have such a caring service provider in our area!
