Sugar Maples is a really special place! I’ve taken two weekly 2D (drawing) courses there in the last 6 months, for a total of 18 weeks of instruction, and it has been transformative. I’ve always loved doodling but lacked the confidence and some basic technical skills. Kulvinder nurtured me over the course of the last 6 months and it has been transformative. She helped me build up my skills, personal style, and most importantly, the confidence to want to continue on my artistic journey. I just had one of the best soda firing experience at Sugar Maple Art Center.The studio is bright and room. The center provides many existing classes. Sherwood house is so clean and comfortable.
What an awesome experience firing a soda kiln with Bruce Denhert! Sugar maples offers such a beautiful setting with an arts campus that hosts such immersive experiences where you can build your skills as well as community with other artisans. Highly recommend workshops and or classes here!
