About Yuki’s Day Spa
Yuki’s Day Spa offers a relaxing experience with professional staff who provide attentive service. Customers appreciate the clean and cozy environment, along with reasonable prices. Many have enjoyed various types of massages, including back and foot massages, and hot stone treatments. While some noted minor issues during their sessions, overall feedback is positive, with many clients eager to return for more treatments. The massage beds are comfortable and clean, making it a favorite spot for a full body massage. However, it is important to note that this is not the place for those who are overly modest, as upper buttocks are exposed during back work and sides of buttocks during leg work. Some customers have mentioned that the staff's English is limited, which can lead to communication challenges during the massage. Despite this, many find the massages to be good, particularly with special mentions of staff like Wendy, who is praised for her work on shoulders and back. While some experiences have varied, the overall atmosphere is clean and quiet, and clients often feel great after their treatments. The lullaby music has received mixed reviews, with suggestions for more suitable options. Many customers appreciate the spa's packages, which are often cheaper than other offerings, and they enjoy the added benefits of hot stones and hot towels during their sessions.
My fav place for a full body massage. Massage beds are comfortable and clean. FYI: this is not the place for you if you are overly modest. They keep your private parts covered at all times, but full body means full body!
Not sure how people dont like it here, but I have tried many massage places with my wife in Syracuse, and found this wonderful and relaxing place. We will definately come back again.
I really like this place. Have been here probably a dozen times. You can almost always get in at your preferred time and the place is clean and quiet. Staff are very friendly although it's clear that English is "maybe" a 2nd language for them. No problem with iPhone translator! Massages are always good, but Wendy, in particular, is very, very good. She really worked on my shoulders and back. As others have mentioned: the lullaby music was super annoying on one of my visits. I did mention that it wasn't really good music for getting a massage - need something like soft piano music that has no words so you aren't tempted to sing along... Also, if you are super modest, this is not the place for you. Upper buttocks are exposed during back work, and sides of buttocks are exposed during leg work. I could care less - to me, bodies are bodies and everybody has the same basic parts and the massage is really great, especially with the hot stones and hot towels. I usually buy a package right at the spa because their packages are cheaper than the Groupon offering and I already know that I'll be back. I always feel great when they are done!
