I relocated to the area and was looking for a new stylist. I have no idea how long to book an appointment because I do not know what I should do to help my hair. I stopped in just to ask quickly about making an appointment and was told abruptly to just call. I wasn't even allowed to explain myself and that I would be happy to call but it's not like I know what should or services can be done. If the woman can't talk to me in person for more than 5 seconds, how is she going to answer the phone to even make an appointment. I'd give a zero rating for the rudeness and cold treatment if I could.

I started going to Rose in 2013, when I had cancer and needed chemo. I had 45 years of long, thick hair, and was going to lose it. After making quite a few calls, I discovered that Rose & Co. was the only salon who would shave my head for free. When my treatments were over, I continued with Rose, fully expecting to grow my hair long again. She gave me such a great cut and color that I decided to stay with a new, short style. It's been 6 years, and I couldn't be happier with the treatment I get from Rose. I've recommended two friends to her and they are both happy with their experiences, too.
