Needing to replace both the furnace and central air conditioning in my home, I called Doug Mapstone, Inc. From meeting with the company representative, to installation, I found the two most important things I was looking for - Quality Work and Honesty. Also, I must add that their pricing is very competitive.
All my questions and concerns were answered thoroughly and earnestly. Everyone from office staff to installation team was super-easy to talk with and always courteous.

Exceptional service, confidence and transparent! I purchased a home that sat for 3 years without winterization. When the water was turned on, streams of water shooting from domestic water lines and heating lines. I worked with 4 different heating contractors and none of them could do the job right. I'm so incredibly thankful to find a company like Doug Mapstone, who took on such a tedious and long process task. Doug, Alex and Nico systematically repaired all the damaged pipes which was over 20 burst pipes, activated heat and hot water and fired up the boiler. I'm grateful for their knowledgeable technicians we now have heat!
