Patients have been with the practice for many years and highly recommend it. The hygienist, Danielle, is described as a talker, making the experience more comfortable. Dr. Boule has been and continues to be my favorite dentist I’ve ever gone to…and I’ve had many over the decades. He and his assistant Cassie take the time to tell you exactly what they’re doing and why and frequently ask how I’m doing during the entire procedure. I’ve been a patient in the practice for 20 years and will continue to be for as long as I maintain a home in Manlius…couldn’t recommend Dr. Boule more highly!
As always, I was greeted as someone the staff remembered. After only a few minutes I was ushered into the dental chair and my 6 month checkup began. Danielle, the hygienist, is a talker and makes sitting in the chair, with one’s mouth wide open, much easier, as she doesn’t require answers that one cannot provide?. Before leaving, Dr. Boule’ came in and checked my mouth and gave me all the time I wanted/needed to talk to him. At the cashier, my insurance was updated and I was good to go. I can always expect to be treated on time, in a courteous manner and to receive good dental care in this office.
The staff at Dr. Mark Boule's dental practice is courteous and thoughtful. They are interested in the successful care of your teeth and gums which contributes to a patient's overall health!
