I had an exceptional experience with Jo at Venus Et Fleur store in Manhasset. She went above and beyond to ensure I received the customized arrangement for my engagement. Despite UPS delays, Jo communicated promptly, swiftly canceled the delivery, ordered a new arrangement, and arranged for same-day hand delivery. Her dedication and outstanding customer service truly made this once-in-a-lifetime moment unforgettable. I am immensely grateful and will be back for all our future important life events.

I bought a single rose in a beautiful container for a friend’s birthday because her middle name is Rose. Shipping was fast, and my friend loves it. She said it smells like a real rose and is so beautiful. Such a great gift idea!
