I have been going to Stephen on and off for years. I no longer do massages as I feel myofascial is more effective in releasing tension in my opinion. He is very clean, organized, friendly, warm and has a great sense of humor. As a therapist, I truly believe he has healing hands. He has released so much tension from my body. He is highly intuitive which naturally guides him as he works on you.

After my knee replacement, I've tried all kinds of different treatments, but nothing seemed to help for the pain. I finally decided to try myofascial release. For the first time in two years, I'm finally able to move around without pain. Thank you Stephen for all your help! I would highly recommend!!
