I had an excellent acupuncture experience at Five Phases. Dr. Tae is world class in acupuncture and herbal medicine and has a lot of patience and empathy for his patients. I first started going to Dr. Tae because of a torn Achilles - he treated me pre-surgery to help with my anxiety and reccomended herbs to reduce post surgery inflammation. When my orthopedic saw the operated ankle, he was in shock at how minimal the swelling and inflammation was.
