Unfortunate. Really depends on who you get here. My pedicure looks just ok, which for the price is pretty upsetting. "Regular" pedicure is not really an option here, you're only given actual service if you choose one of their spa packages. I had to ask for traditional things like wiping the mail dust off of my nails before applying a clear coat or painting my full nail. Would have been happier doing them myself

The actual gel manicure was great however once I came to pay I was then told that there was an extra $10 charge is $10 charge because I decided to use a glitter color this was never told to me when I chose the color and they purposefully waited until I had to pay and then argued with me that of course it would be extra. I told the owner that my point is not paying extra my point is that you tell the customer that from the beginning so they can choose what they feel like doing instead of making them then pay for a charge that they did not know was going to happen. Unfortunate experience I will not be coming back because I thought that this was very sneaky.
