I started working with John Petrizzo about 6 months ago when I injured my elbow and shoulder exercising. I was in a lot of pain and not able to lift heavy object let alone exercise any longer. I was considering a cortisone shot to make the pain go away but a friend suggested I speak with John first.Within just a couple of sessions John had me working hard to fix the issues and I was making serious progress.
