I had some networking issues in my small business that were just far enough outside my abilities to fix it... that's very frustrating. Beaton Technical was recommended to me by a friend so I texted Bryan late evening after hours and he responded immediately, and arranged a call for next day. Bryan was able to get into my facility on my timeline and within the hour he had the issues diagnosed and fixed.Now IT guys can fix stuff...thats what makes them IT guys.... but sometimes IT guys lack people skills ?. My desktop crashed. Bad hard drive. Bryan replaced it with a solid state drive. Boot up went from about 2 minutes to just under 11 seconds. Everything works great. Excellent 'after-the-sale' support.
