Called twice and had the fortune of speaking to the rudest lady on the phone. Previous homeowner had used them and was looking to understand the work that was done and have them come out. They never called back and was upset I called a second time later in the week to see if I could speak to someone.

Cannot comment on the quality of their work. We had their estimator come and he told us ours would be a $50,000 roof redo. He promised an written estimate in 1-2 weeks but it never arrived. A followup call was ignored. Ended up feeling their disrespect. We did find another roofer who did a very good job for half the price.
