Heather Principes lack of communication, awareness, and compassion led to a journey of mental derailment in my life where I was diagnosed with psychosis. Participation in her vision quest fueled this, and the lack of follow up and communication afterward was harmful to me. I would not reccommend just anyone to participate in her spirit based programs, especially those who are vulnerable in any way.

I don't know if Heather Principe is still there, but she was an extraordinary yoga teacher. I personally don't believe in polarity treatments or energy medicine, but the yoga studio is the best I've ever known. If Heather is still teaching yoga, or anyone taught by her, absolutely, go there.
