From the initial consultation Charles stood out from the other contractors we had had come to consult us on renovating our attic space. He took a tricky situation - building a bathroom with a “witches chimney” straight in the middle - and tackled it head on. He was a prompt and efficient communicator and I never felt like I had to wait around to get an answer or for any questions that came up. Charles is phenomenal! We are new first time home owners and shopped around before settling on Ridgefield Design. Charles is extremely professional yet personable which made us feel comfortable and we found it easy to share our ideas with him and also brainstorm on aspects which we wanted his guidance for. Charles definitely has an eye for design and remained conscious of our budget. All Charles workers were great however his main worker, Junior is an excellent craftsman. Ridgefield design did a fantastic job on my patio extension! The before and after pictures tell the story, but it was all around a pleasure to work with them. Pricing was great and the job was done to perfection. 10/10 would recommend. This team takes pride in construction and customer satisfaction.
