Want to publicly thank Dr. Guzman and the staff at Assisi Veterinary Hospital for their over the top care and concern they took with our Irish Setter Ryder.Ryder swallowed a human heart med that accidentally fell on the floor. We brought him to Assisi and action was taken immediately.Dr. Guzman went over and above for our boy!We are very lucky to have such a dedicated group of vets, techs and admin staff right here in Malverne.Thank you again Assisi.
If you want a veterinary hospital that you can trust this is where you bring your pets. One of the veterinarians on staff Dr. Lopez is truly amazing doctor . I have known him for over 20 years and I have followed him to this practice. I live 30 minutes away from Malverne but will bring my dog there for peace of mind because I know he is in the right hands .He cares about his fur patients. He goes above and beyond and you can tell he loves his job.His calm demeanor helps pets relax So much that my dog loves going to the vet. The hours are great. If your pet is a patient there they will take you in on an emergency immediately no wait time . Excellent staff always great...read full review
My friend recommended Assisi when I moved to Nassau County. I couldn't be happier. I was using Bond Vet in Garden City previously and found Assisi to be much more reasonable and caring. The techs are great as well as the doctors. My only complaint is that some of the ladies at the front desk could use a personality adjustment. If I am handing you $400 for a visit at least try and fake a smile and act like you care. They are the first and last people you see when you walk out the door. Management, please consider this.
