After meeting with Juan from Upstate Heating and Plumbing, we knew we didn’t need to look any further. His deep knowledge of various propane systems truly impressed us. He took the time to visit our home, carefully mapped out the propane setup, and walked us through every step of the process.
In less than 48 hours, our new furnace was up and running. Although there were a few hiccups as the system was being calibrated, Juan and his wife Michelle were incredibly attentive. They even sent a technician out on a Sunday, which wasn’t necessary, but the level of customer care blew us away. The technician was professional, and the issue was quickly resolved.

I made a trip to Malone today from Lake Placid to pick up a few things. I decided to bring along my king and queen comforters to see if there was a laundromat I could wash them in as my washer and dryer in my house isn’t big enough. I googled laundromats in Malone and three popped up, but one was closed and the reviews for East End Laundry were pretty good so I chose to do it here. What an amazing experience, the place was immaculate. The machines were beautiful and worked really well getting my comforters, nice and clean and dried quickly. I had never seen dryers that rotated clockwise for a couple minutes and then reversed counterclockwise to keep your laundry from just turning into a ball. The whole ambience of the laundromat was a great experience…the comfy chairs, the blue stools next to the folding tables,the clean bathrooms, the TVs. I even noticed how beautiful the floors were. I was a professional figure skater and was on tour for 10 years on the road throughout North America and had to do my laundry while on the road in laundromats. East End Laundry is the nicest laundromat I’ve ever been in. Lake Placid should take notes… I made the mistake of going to that laundromat once and I won’t go back. Thank you for making a mundane task like doing laundry a great experience! 5 Stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Right away, she was upfront that she could not offer a service that would remove the buildup and gave me helpful advice and recommendations to find other options. I reside in San Diego, and contacted Debbie at Nelson's Flower Shop 3 years ago. I asked Debbie if she would consider payment for planting flowers at my brother's grave site in Malone, NY annually. Debbie didn't hesitate, and out of the kindness of her heart, agreed to take on this request as a favor to me and my family in California. Debbie not only takes time out of her busy schedule in May to plant flowers at my brother's grave, but also goes back to the cemetery to water the plants regularly. This kind of customer service is rarely seen these days, and I cannot express our gratitude enough. Debbie is not only an exceptional florist with amazing flower arrangement skills, she is an exceptional person! I highly recommend Nelson's Flower Shop for any and all occasions. Visiting my cousin in Malone and have twice gone with him for a hair cut. Both cuts have been excellent! Best though, are the two sweet dogs who hang out with everyone waiting on the comfy leather couches. If you don’t care to interact, don’t worry because they are laid back and won’t interrupt your space. ?
