I was grateful when Ed LaPlant owner of Edmund Construction said he was happy to do small jobs himself while his crew was busy with bigger roofing and siding gigs. The small job however became a bigger job when we discovered the weather proofing around the windows was inadequate and not only was the siding rotting but the plywood sheathing underneath! Ed went back to the studs in some places and made my cottage safe and water tight. His work was generally meticulous and the results pleasing.
