This year having our taxes done, was not so great, Couldn't get appt with Johnthan, Which was disappointing, but we got Tony who was very nice, He told us to come back on Monday-to sign the papers, since we had our taxes done on a Saturday, and no one was working in the office that day. When we called, they informed us they sent it out in the mail, we asked why, since we were told we would get a call to come in a take care of it. We came in, and sign our signatures and we thought it was taken care of. Usually we get a e- mail within 24 hrs saying it was accepted from Fed,and State, No email. No one likes to do taxes, but Jonathan takes the pain and stress out of it... not only with his EXTENSIVE knowledge of our tax system but with his easy manner and funny sense of humor! We walk in with a frown and back out with a smile.
