He patiently explained things I wasn't aware of, like how it's supposed to fit on one's ears and nose, how wide frames should be relative to one's face, how high they should be considering one's eyebrows, and where exactly one should be viewing through the lens. Please support this business. I went in with broken sunglasses that I did not buy from the store and wasn’t sure how easy it would be to fix. The young gentleman who worked there replaced the screw on the spot and refused to charge me. Most places would have turned me down because I didn’t buy the glasses from the store or at least charged me. Such great customer service - highly recommend!

I brought a prescription for progressives from an eye Dr. to Sterling. They made the glasses Perfectly and the helped me with the insurance. The service was great. This was my first time wearing glasses and figured I needed to adjust to them. A couple of weeks later I went back because I really wasn’t able to see with them. They reexamined me and found the doc that gave me the RX was way off. They remade the lenses at no cost to me just to get it right; and they did. They were perfect. Fast forward 2 months to today when I stepped on my new glasses and destroyed them. I went in very unhappy that this was going to cost a great deal.
