I’ve been to J&J for several months. In the beginning, Jesse was decent. They take a long time and the nails (dip) tended to be chubbier/not sleek but it was ok. Over the last two months, the service is horrible. One appt, I had to wait over 45 minutes with acetone on my nails. Jesse made no apology. The places smelled of horrible chemicals possibly acrylic. The next appt was for a pedicure. I came with my niece. We arrived and every client was near the beginning of their process. No one said anything to us so we left. And Jesse, knowing I’m a good client, never followed up. Since then, I’ve tried to make an appt to avail. Last week I called and her partner said she was on vacation and to call back next week. I never said I needed to go to Jesse but she rudely decided for me that I should call back on Wednesday. I call today and she’s booked. I’m not a new client. But I assume she has issue with leaving for the prior late pedicure. Rather than her be a professional, J&J are taking long to pick up my call and they are making themselves unavailable for an appt for me. Highly DO NOT recommend. The one time I got my nails done elsewhere when Jesse was not available, the manicurist said/thought I had acrylic on my nails. So, I also think they have put on acrylic on my nails without my knowledge. This may be why my nails always are chubby and not contoured. Overall, they are so as well. And all pedicures I got (three) the polish comes off within a few weeks. Very mediocre services and passively unprofessional.
