Fine Nails

Really upset and frustrated. I spent 2 hours in the salon for a mani pedi. I wouldn't mind it taking that long if they did a decent job. The woman doing my nails was very kind but continuously picked at a scab when I repeatedly told her not to. My nails are uneven and bumpy with crust underneath them from the gel. I asked her to get the crust out and then she started cutting my cuticles . I will never go back. It's too expensive for the kind of service they offer.

Bad customer service. They don't like to make any designs, they don't even understand what build UV gel is, I had to show her a photo so she could understand me, I showed them a simple french on one of my fingers, that was all my design and she simply decided not to do it, besides from being rude when talking to clients, for some reason most Asian nail salons have a bad attitude and bad manners, in addition to not respecting the client's decision.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. They are not up to date with new styles, they could not do a simple French nails, all of them looked at the picture I had and still could not do it properly, the shape of nails was horrible. This was my first and last time, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
