Needed laminate flooring in a very specific color for our large cabana. Richard worked very patiently to help me find the right shade. The owner Sy came and measured, covered all bases of what was needed (so no surprises), and the installers were on time and did a superb job. It looks amazing, and the product itself much better than what was offered at the big box stores. This was made to withstand a flooding, so while we hope Sandy never happens again, would highly recommend this for a basement! Just beautiful!
The entire crew from the minute I walked in the door made sure that what I came for, I got! Fritz and the entire team, although seemed laid back gave me a tour of the remnant section for at least 45 minutes, without letting me feel cheap, by choosing and end piece of carpet. I was educated on the process and availability for an install. Like magic installed in 2 days, perfect. SY-Joon should give a business class in how to treat a customer! It's more that carpet, if that carpet is going in your home. Job well done.......Very impressed
