John is a real gentleman and a great plumber. We are always happy to have him do work in our vacation home. He is professional, patient and friendly. He never gives you a high-pressure sales pitch on a product or service, and always takes the time to answer any questions you have about the work he performed or future work you're considering. We're lucky to have a plumber in the area who knows the quirks of living in a super-cold winter climate and how they affect a home's plumbing.
