I had an excellent experience working with David Wald for my first home loan. I am terrible with paperwork, timeliness, and organization -- it's a miracle I somehow managed to buy an apartment and it's all thanks to David and UNFCU. Not only did he get me lowest rate on an ARM anyone had ever heard of at that time, he held my hand every step of the way, answered all my questions and calls, and soothed all my anxieties about being a disorganized client. Incredible professional, always available for a quick call on questions, and even worked with me to get the best mortgage rates for my first time homebuying experience. Prices and fees were the lowest compared to other credit unions and large banks I compared against. Would highly recommend.
