I've been using RG Brenner in Long Beach for about 10 years and despite the occasional change of personnel, I have been always been treated with respect and due dilengence when it comes to preparing my individual tax returns with additional schedule add-ons.
Though I am still waiting for my physical hard copy of my completed tax documents, because I filed from out of state since I moved, the customer service was, as always, exemplary. It’s been this way for well over twenty years of using them. I want to especially mention the office assistants Jason and Gregory, in the Long Beach, NY, office, I also appreciate the agent Quinn Harrison for helping out from another office, as he filled in for my last tax preparer, who was out due a bad accident. The e-signature was a bit difficult to find, and complete, from the email that was sent to me to complete. I hope that can be improved in the IPhone process.
