I am very happy that I picked the Compass Realty team of Kelly Forman and Marilyn Vincennie as the brokers for the sale of my co-op. Their advice, guidance and efforts were apparent when my home sold in less than 2 weeks. They did an excellent job and even connected me with a Compass broker in the state that I was planning to move to; that person also did a fantastic job in finding me a new home. Whether you are looking to buy or sell, I highly recommend using Kelly and Marilyn at Compass Realty.
We recently worked with Marilyn to purchase an apartment. Marilyn is not only an incredible agent, but an overall incredible person who goes above and beyond for her clients. She was extremely supportive of us and our family throughout the entire purchase process, including by exhibiting extreme patience with us as we tried to find the right neighborhood and place for our current and long term needs. I would work with Marilyn again and cannot recommend her enough!
Marilyn and Kelly were a great team. My fiancé and I were lucky to have the pleasure of working with them to find our dream home. They went above and beyond to make sure we were able to purchase our home and we couldn’t have done it without them. They made themselves available whenever we needed them and provided us with a ton of great referrals for other team members(architects, contractors, ect) we needed for the purchase. We highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a home.
