“Cannot recommend East Meadow Driving School enough! I had a not-great experience with another school and had failed my road test. After just a couple of lessons with Julius, I passed my re-test with flying colors. Julius's was a calm, clear and encouraging instructor. He helped me polish my fundamental driving skills, answered my questions, and talked through how to approach the judgement calls that come up constantly on the road. Whereas other schools only seem focused on getting you a pass on the road test, Julius and East Meadow Driving School also ensure you are safe and confident driver.“

“I'm overall happy with the driving school and can 100% recommend them for student drivers. 4 out of 4 of my siblings who took their lessons with Agile, passed their road test the first time. If you're an experienced (and confident) driver who doesn't need as many lessons, I think Steven would be a great instructor (he'll give you a further boost of confidence and has a friendly personality). If you're new and/or a bit rusty (like me), I took the majority of my lessons with Jeannette - she is very thorough and strict (which I felt I needed). I've heard great things about the other instructors so you're in good hands - just find the right kind of teacher for you. Also, the reception staff have always been helpful, polite and super responsive via text which again only highlights how great this gem of a school is.

The only area for improvement is taking the licensing course with them. As it is bilingual, it's very time-consuming sitting there with the teacher repeating everything said in English, in Spanish also. They also need to be stricter with students who join late (sometimes 40 minutes!) as that then slows the class down and things are repeated over and over again! I wish they had separate English and Spanish classes.“

“I had the pleasure of passing my road test exam with the one and only Arthur! I had to take my road test again due to an suspended and expired license. I was nervous because since I already know how to drive I had to reprogram myself to drive the "correct way" to pass the road test. And in 2 days with 2 lessons Arthur was able to help me drive exactly the way I needed to in order to pass. He was patient, gave me some really good tips and had a great personality! Beyond pleased with my experience not only with this school but also with Arthur. And by the way, out of all the schools I called, this was only school that picked up the phone.
