I had a follow up at Balanced health on Saturday. The staff at the front desk was so knowledgeable and open to all my questions. They were eager to help and make me feel comfortable. I was quickly accommodated and felt valued as a customer. Morgan spent time with me as a new patient discussing my needs, her feedback and finally coming to a decision regarding my treatment. The office was clean and well run. I will be going back in 2 weeks to meet with the Nurse Practitioner Laurie regarding my peptide protocol. I know I am in good hands.
