“I had a great time at MetaBurn. I found that the coaches meet the individual needs of the clients. You have that one on one personal training and you are definitely pushed to your limits. I know I was! Your skipping the "gym rat" environment. You know....the "I lift things up and put them down" crowd. Positive coaching the entire way through, even when you think you don't have any gas left in your tank. That "can do" attitude really helps. It's definitely positive motivation! “I have been a client for 9 years and my initial goal was to drop some weight. Not only did I accomplish that in a relatively short period, I have developed a whole new body. The training sessions are 30 minutes of a complete body workout and the trainers are excellent. They motivate & encourage you to push yourself, showing you that you can do it . There are plenty of cardio machines - variety and availability, which you can do on your own. But the real difference is the weight & strength training. Every trainer that I have had has been wonderful - - knowledgeable, friendly and understanding. I can't imagine feeling as great as I do if it were not for the extra "push" I get at every training session. Rye Brook Personal Training is part of my life and I hope it remains that way for many, many more years!“
