Lisa is absolutely amazing at the Lockport location.. She exhibited phenomenal leadership skills ..While Lisa multi tasks training new employees and helping inpatient clients . She keeps a calm head , and always she maintains her smile. Lisa is professional and friendly. What a great asset to totally tans team ..

I Love my Local Total Tan!!! I’ve been a total tan customer since 2009, I’ve seen many changes over the years but staff at the Lockport NY location are truly wonderful especially LISA the Manager!! She greets everyone with the most beautiful and sincere smile, you know the kind that really makes you feel like someone is truly happy to see you! The store I is the cleanest I’ve seen it ever since her arrival! She’s great about looking at my account accessing any need and is great at offering products not just a”sale” but an honest offering of something that may be of benefit to the customer.
