Newsource Electric is not following regulations, they should prioritize compliance, safety, and ethical practices .Sure, Improvements can be made in areas like customer service, product quality, and transparency. The atmosphere I was surrounded by complete careless people only there for a paycheck and Morgan made that very clear. I would never trust this company, and you can ask around to other companies. You they’ve got a lot to say about the performance output newsource provides hence they’ve got to fix their mistakes.

I used Morgan a few yrs back to install a 3 - way switch for my staircase and properly wire a bathroom exhaust fan. I always wanted my 100 + yr old house with 5 generations of wiring replaced and upgrade my service from 100 to 200 amps for future use. In other words to bring my house up to current codes and make it safe from possible electrical fire hazards. I knew that Morgan was busy with other jobs, so I had a couple of other electricians out to give me bids. One gave me a bid, but never came back to follow up. I just bought a house in Tonawanda and my inspector recommended New Source for our electric work. The electric was original from the 1950’s, so we needed a lot-all new outlets and everything. Morgan and crew were very communicative about what was needed and what it would cost. Andrew and the rest of Morgan’s crew were the best-we got a whole new box and switches and outlets and everything. We couldn’t be happier.
