“Needed to special order bricks including tops; customer servicewas very good. Jay was well informed on the product; cross-checked my figures for product needed & made some adjustments. Factory was a little slow in responding. Jay delivered the product as agreed. Neededa couple of the concrete items cut; Jay came out to my work site &cut them for me w/o any problem. Also made some recommendationsto my design (gardern's square for flower). My project came out lookingvery good, materials were on point with barely anything left after product completion.
