Lost power in half of my home at around 3 AM this past Monday. Scrambled to find an all-hours electrician and came across these guys. Turned out the business is just a few miles from where I am in Lockport. Didn't get the gentleman's name, but he showed up within an hour after our conversation via text. He was polite, professional, and I feel the price for emergency service was very reasonable. Was able to get our power restored and explained that there was an underlying issue that, if not fixed, would cause future problems. So we're bringing this business on board to do just that on Friday. From what I've heard what they'll be repairing is by no means an easy job but the price I was quoted seems more than fair, and I am confident it will be done well.
We had an entire house rewire with an upgrade to include a switch box for our generator. The work was done extremely well and completed In the agreed upon timeframes. The mess was minimal and the outcome was well worth it!
