Another great experience with Advanced Technology! Of course coldest day of the year and furnace goes down. Called and left a message, knowing they opened at 8. Jim called by 8:15 and tech was at the house less than a half hour later. Diagnosed and repaired by 9:15. Honest and friendly tech. Advanced Tech is our favorite contractor we ever worked with because they are never pushy, always honest and prompt. Thanks again!
Needed a new central air unit. Jim came out and gave us a very reasonable estimate. Only waited one week, infact came out 1 day early to start job. The workers were polite, professional, knowledgeable and personable. They did an excellent job and we are very pleased. We used them before for repairs for our older unit as well. Will definitely use them for a furnace replacement in the future. If you need heating and cooling done call this company first. You won't regret it.
While on vacation in February, our dog sitter called to let us know that the house had dropped to 45°F. Needless to say, we were concerned! I called Advanced, and Jim was fantastic. He quickly arranged for someone to come out and address the issue. The technician arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, and had everything fixed in no time. Not only was the service top-notch, but the pricing was also very reasonable. We were so relieved to know our home was in good hands while we were away.
