About Signor Construction and Roofing
Signor Construction and Roofing is a local, veteran owned business. Customers describe the team as professional, responsive, and hardworking. The crew arrives on time, works hard throughout the day, and maintains a clean and organized workspace, leaving everything clean at the end of each day. One customer noted that after the team left it was as if they were never there, with only the new beautiful chimney left behind. The owner takes plenty of time to answer all questions and walk customers through the process, and customers never once felt rushed. He provides a date and time at the customer's convenience for a free estimate and shows up early, walking customers through the installation process with verbal and written estimates and no surprises. The quality of materials and craftsmanship is absolutely top notch, and jobs are completed on time and within the quoted price. Work has included rebuilding a chimney from failing cedar to a stunning composite that looks just like real stone, eliminating water issues and enhancing the appearance of the home with a more classic masonry look. Other projects include residential gutter installation with leaf guards, roof and gutter replacement, a standing seam garage roof with seamless gutters that matched perfectly, and upcoming spray foam and crawl space insulation work. Customers are impressed with the quality of the work and professionalism, appreciate the honesty and integrity to do the job right at a fair price, and highly recommend the business. This is a small business that cares about their customers, and customers will definitely be hiring Signor again for future projects.

Joe walked us through the installation process and gave us verbal and written estimates with no surprises. Joes team then arrived on the date and time he gave for installation. The quality of materials and craftsmanship was absolutely top notch including cleanup. During installation we asked Joe for a small modification to the original work order and… read full review
