Very reliable and always on time. Prompt to meet demands too. I had a wheel come off a can when I first signed up and they had it fixed the next day. I have had the service since about August 2022.

It's refreshing to call customer service and feel that you are heard. WM excels in customer service. We are seniors on limited income and WM always works with us to keep their service within our budget. Thank you WM!
