Absolutely a wonderful experience from visiting Tile Town Carpet One in Liverpool to the installation of new kitchen flooring. To be honest, I visited another tile store to compare products as well as sales personnel and immediately knew that Tile Town Carpet One stood out to be professionally 100% above. Meeting with the store manager Tom, at Tile Town, was relaxed and comfortable. His knowledge to suggest a product to fit what I was interested in as well as his personality was excellent. Installers Mike and Aaron were professional, exact in what they were doing and I was comfortable to have them in my home. Absolutely recommend Tile Town Carpet One!

I love them. I’m the past year, they have replaced the floors in our master suite and installed wood floors in my home office. They do a great job!! I think Tom is my newest friend, lol.

Recently, my wife and I had the pleasure of working with Tom, Liverpool store salesman, who walked us through purchasing linoleum for our kitchen. Tom is very knowledgeable and did a fine job helping us find the right flooring. The craftsman that put in our new floor couldn't have been better. He worked long hours to make sure that the floor looked its best! Thank you for delivering a great product from start to finish!
