Superb customer service and impeccable installation of carpet in my basement. I could not have been more pleased with my experience with the staff (and independent installer) of Tile Town Carpet One of Liverpool, New York.
Sales person was nice and helpful however carpet installation was not what I expected from a professional flooring and carpet company. After installation I could see all the seams so I gave it a lot of time thinking that once the carpet gets walked on, settles in, and is vacuumed over time the seams will become less visible. Well here I am two years later and if anything, the seams look worse. Shame on me for waiting so long and giving the installation the benefit of the doubt. I will be installing new luxury vinyl flooring soon in different parts of my home and I will be looking for a different company to do that work.
