I took my grandmother here to get her eyebrows tinted. Miss Julia was phenomenal! My grandmother is 82 and suffers from vertigo. Julia worked with her condition, took such wonderful care of my grandmother, and made her eyebrows look beautiful!!! I HIGHLY recommend this young professional! 😍
