Andrea at The Truth has always been so kind and patient with my wife- we originally lived in Syracuse when she first met Andrea but now travel from Binghamton to support this great small business. Andrea has helped to accommodate appointment requests and has given great advice to my wife from coloring, to hair extensions, to special cuts and styles. The shop is inviting, clean, peaceful and relaxing. Andrea really is my wife's friend but I think she's a friend to anyone that comes in looking for help or advice. I (and my kids) have been getting our haircut with Matt for over a decade. The Truth allows for appointments (is always on time), has an awesome environment and you walk away with a consistent haircut, every time.There have been several times when my kids were changing their style and I wasn't quite sure what needed to be done. Matt is hands down one of the most talented and charismatic hair stylists in CNY! He is able to connect with any one of his clients, no matter what walk of like someone comes from-he is respectful and kind to EVERYONE!
