Rude. Receptionists. Dr. Discharged me. Because I was in a accident couldn't make appointment so I asked for telehealth nope. Discharged and was told there not taking new patients. Well they are. Shows the. Professionalism to lie to. Clients

Incompetent and useless. Nothing is done in a timely manner; providers don’t read notes before exams. If I could leave a negative review I would. They are waste of everyone’s time. The entire practice should be turned into the state for review

The Dr's do too much assumption, and don't listen to patients. Patient portal is very is wrong, and when needing correction the staff doesn't do it. If the patient tries to correct deleted items return, and portal info put in by patients remain pending. Example, I had a Thoracic Aortic Repair, the staff selected Abdominal Aortic Repair these are not the same thing.In short, Dr's and staff are lazy. Example, I suffer from chronic insomnia where I can be up for 2-3 days unable to go to sleep. They tried to have me do a sleep apnea study, and couldn't understand why I wouldn't. The Dr's and staff are lazy in their practice of medicine.
