Eric is an amazing professional. Though this is problematic refrigerator, having had it only13 months. He’s a person of which I have total confidence. He is very good and knowledgeable. 5 stars to you!
best technician....worse commication no real people and the computer system is bad really ...it toke 45 minutes even to adjust things for the own tech. seating at home and waiting for someone to fix the problem
Well this is my 11th appt . Techs have been here several times . One Tech quit .
Yet another arrived to day Sept 30 . Trying to get this repair done since June 10 .
This tech actually got the fridge cooling and freezer working . Let’s see what happens 24 hours from now .
I sincerely hope this works . No one should have to wait almost 5 months for Sears to repair an appliance when they have had my money since June 10 .
