They've made pretty good use of a very large, retired Chevy dealership. Their kids area is great for birthday parties. I want there to work out, so I can't speak for the equipment, but they have a lot of options. They even have a rock climbing wall.

Went rock climbing here for the first time last month and it was a great experience. We had the whole rock climbing area to ourselves and the staff member was really kind. We kept going for however long we wanted to and were able to switch to different walls and versions of the walls. It was a great workout, experience, and price for the whole day. We will definitely come back again in the future.

I moved to Seattle 4 years ago, and every time I come back to Syracuse I buy a pass for this gym. I wish I knew what a great thing I had at the time! I was a member here for about two years, i really got into weight lifting here because they have the best heavy weight room and turf area- nothing else compares. Seriously, I've been to many other gyms here, California and Oregon- they're all absolute garbage in comparison. I keep trying to find something that even has a quarter of the amenities and equipment , and they straight up do not exist here. Plus, everyone on the west coast is apparently too entitled to re-rack their weights or wipe up their sweat of a bench. Gyms...read full review
