This office is amazing! My son is patient here and we love his doctor. Everyone is so helpful, professional, knowledgeable and ready to help. We appreciate all of the staff. Alicia was wonderful with helping getting my son’s glasses fixed. I definitely would recommend this place to everyone. I truly felt we were taken care of and help every time we visited.
After having a negative experience with an eye doctor at one of the large chains, I asked my friends which optomitrist they would recommend in the Syracuse area. Krzyzak Eyecare was recommended more than anyone else, so I decided to give them a try, and I'm very happy that I did. It did take a few months to get in there initially, so if you are reading this and thinking about schedueling an appointment, plan accordingly. While I usually hate waiting, I considered this to be a good sign that people are happy here and that I was making a good choice. I’ve had problems with dry eyes over the years and I’ve tried a lot of different drops, both over the counter and prescription without any improvement. Dr. Michael Krzyzak informed me that my dry eyes were a result of plugged ducts, and offered a new procedure called OptiLight that he could do right in the office to alleviate this problem. I decided to think about it first, until just a few days later both of my eyes became so dry and blurry while driving that I had to pull off to the side of the road.
