Massage Envy offers a range of services, including massage, skin care, and total body stretch, that are integral to overall wellness and a healthy lifestyle. Clients praise the calming and skilled techniques of the massage therapists, as well as the knowledgeable and friendly estheticians. However, some customers have expressed frustration with the high turnover of therapists, leading to difficulty in booking appointments and services being canceled. Despite these challenges, Massage Envy aims to provide a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for its clients.
I had an amazing massage by Ariane. I have booked my next appointment with her as well.the staff here are always friendy. I visit when I am here from Florida in the summer months. I have never had anything, but amazing experiences! I have had facials in the past and would recommend them as well.
Very fantastic group there! Friendly when you come in. I believe the manager there is always welcoming as well. Antonette I have been going to her for the last like 6 months. She is amazing at what she does! Great team for sure
I know it is difficult to book appointments. ME has been a starting point for many excellent new Massage Therapists. Unfortunately 3 of 4 Massage schools in NY have closed limiting new therapists and COVID had many changing careers. This Summer we may see some relief as new therapists graduate and test for license. Patience is a virtue I will continue to have. I too have had several cancelled appts. I have been happy with the stretch sessions and have also had a few facials (something I wouldn't have thought I would like). I'm looking forward to Summer and new faces.
