I highly recommend anyone looking for a place to get a great pedicure and manicure go to Angel Nails. It just opened in Liverpool this week by a woman who had a large client base at another establishment. She brought with her another talented woman and both care for their clients. Jenn is a top notch nail technician. She not only does a superb job on my acrylic nails, but is so creative if you would like a special design for any occasion!! I have followed her to multiple places during her transition. She is that good!! I could not be happier that she finally has her own place!!
