The salon is known for its attentive staff and very clean environment. Customers have had wonderful experiences with manicures and pedicures, including the best foot massage they've ever had. The salon also offers reward punch cards, which customers appreciate.
However, some customers have had less than satisfactory experiences, with one customer reporting that their technician was impatient, dismissive, and borderline rude. This customer's gel manicure did not last as long as expected, and the pedicure was not as thorough as in the past. Despite this, the salon is still considered a go-to for many customers, and they are praised for their fantastic services and reasonable prices.

My daughter and I went in for pedicures. We both were extremely please with them but have a few issues. We were surprised the Gel was $15 extra for each. We thought it was $10 each. We did not see a sign anywhere stating the cost. The second issue is only one of us got the heated stones and we asked for the same package. After we left we figured it out. My daughter finished ahead of me. Maybe I did not get the heatstones because my person tried to move me through faster(?) or she just forgot. The third issue is we wish we could have soacked our feet a bit longer. But all in all we both enjoyed the pedicure and will be back. The people are very nice there.

I have gotten both dip & Brisa/sculpting gel done here. Both times were great experiences! Their prices are super reasonable and there is a cash discount. I paid $65 for my Brisa with Gel color. $55 with tips for dip powder, I think. Ella convinced me to try Brisa/gel sculpting out as my poor nails were ruined from the last time I got them dipped at a different salon & half of them were broken.
