Our experience with HeatWiser was fantastic! Their installers were extremely knowledgeable, personable, and prompt. We lost our AC and they were here the next morning and got our 25 year old unit going again. However, to be on the safe side we decided to purchase a new unit. They arrived the next morning and we had our new AC by that afternoon. And to top it off they did not charge us for the previous day's repair work!
We could not be more pleased with their professional, yet personable work ethic.
Fantastic experience. My old HVAC unit was over 30 years old, actively deteriorating, and had barely any refrigerant left. It was time to lay it to rest. Dan came out and was timely and professional in diagnosis, recommendations, and installation. He arrived at the specified times and made sure to call beforehand, which I greatly appreciated.
No one enjoys the bill associated with HVAC repair--and especially replacement!--but I was able to get a fantastic deal on the purchase and installation of a new condenser and air handler, and the new condensate pump has decreased the existing basement moisture issues as an unexpected bonus. Dan and team installed a new furnace, air conditioner, and mini split. From start to finish, they were polite, knowledgeable, and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions without rushing.
What really stood out was how conscious they were about leaving my home just the way it was when they arrived. They kept their work area tidy, and made sure their installation wouldn’t interfere with work we have planned for the near future.
On top of that, the turnaround time was impressively fast without sacrificing quality.
