I couldn't be happier with this company! From my initial phone call through the final completion. Every person I spoke with, including the owners Amanda and Dominick, and installers Dan and Shamar went above and beyond! I had no working furnace for 5 days and it was starting to get really cold, so a friend referred me to Heatwiser. I had already called a few other places but I called them too, because they're locally owned and operated. I am so glad that I did! These people didn't know me and didn't know who I'd choose for my new furnace, but they offered me space heaters (multiple times) to use until I could get a new one installed. The... read full review
Called Heat Wiser on a Saturday morning after our AC stopped blowing cold the night before. They told me they had someone in the area and would be here same day, even though I said it wasn't an emergency and could wait. Dan was ahead of schedule and was able to get to us 2 hours early. Very friendly and knowledgeable, Dan explained every step of the troubleshooting process until he finally narrowed it down to a bad capacitor. Luckily he had one left in the truck and was able to replace it, getting us back up and running. Overall, very happy with the response time, the service and the price was fair. Great customer service. Scheduling was quick and easy. Technician was on-time, quick to diagnose the issue, and very informative. We would not hesitate to use Heat Wiser again for our HVAC needs.
