I've used Indique for years, always a pleasant experience & the customer service is top notch.
I recently visited the Queens location for the first time & had the pleasure of meeting Lennisa. She was friendly, knowledgeable & accommodating. A few days later she checked in to see how my purchase worked out & reminded me about an in-store pickup. When I couldn't make it in time, she helped me out by shipping the item & I got it the very next day.

I had a great experience at the Queens location. Lennisa provided excellent service from start to finish. I received my ponytail very quickly, and the hair quality is always top tier. What really stood out was how she stayed in contact throughout the process and made sure I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend this location for both quality products and outstanding customer service.
